Configure how and when you receive notifications about important events. Access notification settings from Settings in the admin dashboard.

Channels

Gridix supports three notification channels:

Email

Receive notifications to your account email address. Toggle on/off.

Push

Browser push notifications for real-time alerts. Toggle on/off.

Telegram

Receive notifications via Telegram. Requires setup:

Enter your Telegram username

In the notification settings, enter your Telegram username.

Verify

Complete the verification process to link your account.

Enable

Toggle Telegram notifications on.

Events

Choose which events trigger notifications:

New leadA visitor submitted an inquiry through your widget
Task dueA scheduled task is due for action
Payment receivedA subscription payment was processed
System updatePlatform updates and announcements
Each event can be toggled independently. Combine with any channel — for example, enable email for new leads and Telegram for payment notifications.
