Managing Your Subscription

This guide covers all aspects of managing your Gridix subscription, from viewing your current plan to updating payment methods.

Accessing Subscription Settings

Open Admin Dashboard

Log in to your Gridix account.

Go to Subscription

Click “Subscription” in the sidebar navigation.

View Subscription

See your current subscription details.

Viewing Subscription Details

Current Plan Information

The subscription page displays:
  • Current Plan: Your active plan (Basic or Pro)
  • Status: Active, expired, or cancelled
  • Expiration Date: When your subscription expires
  • Features: List of included features
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, quarterly, or annual

Subscription Status

Status indicators:
  • Active: Subscription is active and working
  • Trial: Currently in free trial period
  • Expired: Subscription has expired
  • Cancelled: Subscription cancelled but still active until period ends

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade to Pro

View Available Plans

See Pro plan details and pricing.

Select Duration

Choose subscription duration:
  • 1 month
  • 3 months (5% discount)
  • 6 months (10% discount)
  • 1 year (20% discount)
  • 2 years (30% discount)
  • 3 years (50% discount)

Review Pricing

See total price with discount applied.

Complete Payment

Enter payment information and complete upgrade.

Activation

Pro features are activated immediately.

Prorated Billing

When upgrading mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining period. The difference between plans is calculated and charged.

Downgrading Your Plan

Switch to Basic

Cancel Pro Subscription

Go to subscription settings and click “Cancel Subscription” or “Downgrade”.

Confirm Downgrade

Confirm you want to downgrade to Basic plan.

Continue Until End

Pro features remain available until current billing period ends.

Automatic Downgrade

Account automatically switches to Basic plan after expiration.
Downgrading will remove access to Pro features like CRM integration and custom domains. Make sure to export any data you need before downgrading.

Payment Management

Viewing Payment History

Go to Subscription

Navigate to Subscription tab.

View History

Click “Payment History” or “Invoices”.

Download Invoices

Download PDF invoices for any payment.

Updating Payment Method

Open Payment Settings

Go to Subscription → Payment Methods.

Add New Method

Click “Add Payment Method” or “Update”.

Enter Details

Enter new payment information.

Save Changes

New payment method is saved for future billing.

Invoice Management

For annual plans or special arrangements:
  • Request Invoice: Request invoice for payment
  • Download PDF: Get invoice PDF
  • Payment Tracking: Track invoice payment status
  • Manual Payment: Mark invoice as paid

Renewal Settings

Automatic Renewal

By default, subscriptions renew automatically:
  • No action needed
  • Continuous service
  • Payment charged automatically
  • Email notification before renewal

Disabling Auto-Renewal

Open Subscription Settings

Go to subscription management.

Disable Auto-Renewal

Toggle off “Auto-Renew” option.

Confirm

Confirm disabling auto-renewal.
Disabling auto-renewal means your subscription will expire at the end of the current period. You’ll need to manually renew.

Subscription Expiration

Expired Subscription

When subscription expires:
  • Access to Pro Features: Removed
  • Account Status: Switches to Basic plan
  • Data Preservation: All projects and data remain
  • Reactivation: Upgrade to Pro anytime to restore features

Renewing Expired Subscription

View Expired Status

See expiration notice in subscription tab.

Choose Plan

Select plan and duration to renew.

Complete Payment

Process payment to reactivate subscription.

Trial Period

Free Trial Management

During 14-day free trial:
  • Full Pro Access: All Pro features available
  • Trial Duration: 14 days from account creation
  • No Charge: Completely free
  • Conversion: Auto-converts to Basic if not upgraded

Trial Expiration

When trial expires:
  • Automatic Conversion: Account switches to Basic plan
  • Pro Features: Removed
  • Data Safe: All projects and data preserved
  • Upgrade Anytime: Can upgrade to Pro later

Billing Cycles

Available Cycles

  • Monthly: Billed every month
  • Quarterly: Billed every 3 months (5% discount)
  • Semi-Annual: Billed every 6 months (10% discount)
  • Annual: Billed yearly (20% discount)
  • 2 Years: Billed every 2 years (30% discount)
  • 3 Years: Billed every 3 years (50% discount)

Changing Billing Cycle

Wait for Renewal

Billing cycle can be changed at renewal time.

Select New Cycle

Choose new billing cycle during renewal.

Apply Discount

Discount is automatically applied for longer cycles.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Check payment method is valid
  • Verify sufficient funds
  • Update payment method
  • Contact support if issue persists
  • Wait a few minutes for processing
  • Refresh the page
  • Check payment confirmation
  • Contact support with payment details
  • Verify subscription is active
  • Check subscription status
  • Refresh browser cache
  • Contact support for assistance

Best Practices

Monitor Expiration: Keep track of subscription expiration to avoid service interruption.
Save Invoices: Download and save invoices for accounting purposes.
Long-term Plans: Consider annual plans for significant savings (20% discount).
Payment Methods: Keep payment methods up to date to avoid failed renewals.
