The Settings page lets you manage your company information, account security, notifications, and data. Access it from the sidebar in the admin dashboard.

Company Profile

Company Information

Configure your company details used in invoices, partner program, and communications:
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Tax ID / VAT number
  • Bank details (bank name, IBAN)
  • Billing currency
  • VAT payer status

Currency Settings

Set your default currency for project pricing, invoices, and partner payouts. Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GEL, and others.

Account Security

Manage your personal account:
  • Password — update your login password
  • Language preference — set default interface language
  • Session management — active sessions and logout
Use a strong, unique password and don’t share login credentials. Log out when using shared devices.

Notifications

Configure how you receive alerts about new leads, tasks, and system updates. Channels:
  • Email notifications
  • Push notifications (browser)
  • Telegram notifications (requires username verification)
Events:
  • New lead created
  • Task due reminder
  • Payment received
  • System updates

Manager Accounts

Add and manage team members from the Manager Accounts section within Settings. See Managing Team Members for details.

Data & Export

Export your data for backup or analysis:
  • Projects — export as JSON or CSV
  • Leads — export with filters applied
  • Invoices — download as PDF
  • Contracts — manage digital signatures and agreements

Troubleshooting

Ensure you clicked “Save”. Check for validation errors (red highlights). Refresh the page and try again.
Verify your role — managers have limited settings access. Only developers can modify company settings, subscriptions, and team members.
