Registration and Login

Getting started with Gridix is simple. This guide will walk you through creating your account and accessing the admin panel.

Creating an Account

Navigate to registration

Visit the Gridix website and click the “Sign Up” or “Get Started” button. You’ll be redirected to the registration page.

Enter your email

Provide your business email address. This will be used for account verification and important notifications.

Set your password

Create a strong password that meets security requirements:
  • At least 8 characters
  • Mix of letters, numbers, and special characters

Verify your email

Check your email inbox for a verification message from Gridix. Click the verification link to activate your account.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. The verification link expires after 24 hours.

Complete your profile

After verification, you’ll be asked to complete your company profile:
  • Company name
  • Contact information
  • Business details (optional)

Signing In

Once your account is created, you can sign in at any time:

Go to login page

Visit the Gridix website and click “Sign In” in the top navigation.

Enter credentials

Enter your email address and password that you used during registration.

Access admin panel

After successful login, you’ll be redirected to the admin dashboard where you can manage your projects.

Your new account includes:
  • 14-day free trial of Pro plan features
  • Unlimited project creation during trial
  • Access to all CRM integrations
  • Custom domain support
  • Priority email support

Troubleshooting

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact support if the issue persists
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
  • Verify your email and password are correct
  • Ensure your account is verified
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser
