The Agent Cabinet is a dedicated app for agents and brokers working with developers on Gridix. It provides everything you need to browse projects, track leads, monitor earnings, and manage your profile.

Dashboard

Your home screen shows four key metrics:
  • Commission Paid — total earnings already paid out
  • Commission Pending — earnings awaiting payout
  • Leads — total leads you’ve generated
  • Catalog — number of available projects
Below the metrics, you’ll find:
  • Revenue chart — earnings trend over time
  • Activity feed — recent actions and updates

Analytics

Two analytics views are available:

CRM View

  • Total leads and conversion rate
  • Stage funnel — leads broken down by sales pipeline stage
  • Source breakdown — where your leads come from

Finance View

  • Total paid and pending amounts
  • Number of payouts
  • Payout registry — detailed list of all payouts with status, date, and amount
Switch between views using the toolbar. Filter by period: 7, 30, 90 days, or full year.

Contacts

View all the contacts you’ve generated:
  • Searchable list of all your leads
  • Click any contact to see details in a side panel:
    • Name, email, phone
    • Number of leads from this person
    • Last interaction date
    • Associated projects

Catalog

Browse all projects available in your developer’s portfolio:
  • Grid view or Map view toggle
  • Search and filter projects
  • View project details in a drawer
  • Share project links with potential buyers
  • Open public project pages

Settings

Manage your agent profile across four sections:
  • Company — personal or company info (name, phone, tax ID, legal address, bank details, IBAN, billing currency, VAT status)
  • Account — password and security settings
  • Notifications — email notification preferences
  • Data — contracts, digital signatures, and profile data management

Partner Program

Access the embedded partner program interface to view your referral status, generate links, and track referral performance.

Getting Started

Receive invitation

A developer invites you to join their agent network.

Complete your profile

Fill in your company information, bank details, and sign the agreement.

Explore available projects in the Catalog tab.

Start selling

Share project links with potential buyers and track leads in your dashboard.
