Connect Gridix with Bitrix24 so that leads from your floor plan widgets are automatically created as deals in Bitrix24, with deal stages synchronized with your Gridix project.

Getting Started

Create a Bitrix24 account

If you don’t have a Bitrix24 account yet, create one at bitrix24.com.

Install the Gridix app in Bitrix24

Open the Gridix application page in the Bitrix24 marketplace and install it.

Authorize and finish installation

After installation, sign in using your Bitrix24 account details and complete the setup.

How It Works

  • Gridix stores a single Bitrix24 connection per Gridix account.
  • For each Gridix project, you select a Bitrix24 pipeline (deal category).
  • After selecting a pipeline, Gridix creates a local funnel with all statuses and sets up stage mapping for synchronization.

Lead Flow

When a visitor submits an inquiry on your embedded floor plan:
  1. A lead is created in Gridix with apartment and contact details
  2. The lead is automatically sent to Bitrix24 as a new deal
  3. The deal is placed in the configured pipeline
  4. Stage changes in either system are synchronized

Disconnecting

To remove the Bitrix24 integration, go to your project settings and disconnect the pipeline. This stops new leads from being sent but does not affect existing deals in Bitrix24.
