When agents bring in potential buyers, leads are attributed to the agent who generated them. This page explains how the lead flow works from the developer’s perspective.

How Agent Leads Work

1

Agent shares project

An agent shares a project link or submits a lead through the Agent Cabinet.
2

Lead is created

The lead is created in your Gridix account with the agent’s attribution.
3

You review the lead

The lead appears in your Leads tab and in the agent’s Leads tab within the Agent Network drawer.
4

Commission is tracked

If the lead results in a sale, the agent’s commission is calculated based on their rate.

Viewing Agent Leads

You can see agent-attributed leads in two places:

From the Leads Tab

Your main Leads tab shows all leads, including those from agents. Agent-attributed leads show the agent’s name.

From the Agent Network Drawer

Open any partner in the Agent Network, go to the Leads tab, and see all leads attributed to that specific agent. You can search within this list.

Lead Attribution

Each lead tracks its source, so you can see:
  • Which agent generated the lead
  • Which project and apartment the lead is for
  • When the lead was submitted
  • Current lead status

Managing Agent Leads

Agent leads follow the same status workflow as regular leads:
  • View lead details
  • Add internal notes
  • Update status
  • Send to CRM (if integrated)
The difference is that agent leads are linked to a partner for commission tracking purposes.
