Dashboard Overview

The Gridix admin dashboard is your central hub for managing projects, leads, settings, and more. This guide will help you understand the interface and navigate efficiently. The admin dashboard consists of several main sections accessible from the sidebar:

Projects

Create, edit, and manage your real estate projects. View all projects in a list with quick access to editing.

Leads

Track and manage leads from your projects. Filter by status, project, or date range.

Widgets

Generate embed codes for your projects. Configure widget settings and preview before embedding.

Settings

Manage your company profile, team members, and account settings.

Dashboard Sections

Projects Tab

The Projects tab displays all your projects in a card-based layout. From here you can:
  • Create New Project: Click the ”+” button to start a new project
  • View Projects: See all your projects with their status, apartment count, and last update
  • Edit Projects: Click on any project to open the project editor
  • Filter and Search: Use filters to find specific projects quickly
Projects are listed with the most recently updated first. Use the search bar to find projects by name.

Leads Tab

The Leads tab provides comprehensive lead management:
  • View All Leads: See all leads from all projects in one place
  • Statistics Dashboard: View counts by status (pending, sent to CRM, saved only, failed, cancelled)
  • Filter Leads: Filter by project, status, or date range
  • Lead Actions: Add notes, cancel leads, copy lead information, or open in CRM
Leads are automatically created when visitors submit inquiries through your embedded widgets.

Widgets Tab

The Widgets tab allows you to:
  • Generate Embed Code: Create widget code for embedding on your website
  • Select Project: Choose which project to embed (or all projects)
  • Configure Language: Set the default language for the widget
  • Preview Widget: See how the widget will look before embedding
  • Copy Code: Get ready-to-use HTML code for your website

Settings Tab

The Settings tab includes:
  • Company Profile: Update company name, contact information, and business details
  • Manager Accounts: Add and manage team members with role-based access
  • Subscription: View and manage your subscription plan
  • Theme Customization: Configure brand colors and visual settings

Partners Tab

The Partners tab provides:
  • Partner Program Overview: Information about becoming a partner
  • Referral Links: Generate and share partner referral links
  • Client Management: Manage clients and track earnings
  • Statistics: View partner performance metrics

Subscription Tab

The Subscription tab shows:
  • Current Plan: View your active subscription and features
  • Plan Options: Browse available plans (Basic and Pro)
  • Billing History: Access invoices and payment history
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Change your plan as needed

Key Features

Quick Actions

Throughout the dashboard, you’ll find quick action buttons:
  • Help Button: Fixed button in the bottom-right corner linking to Telegram support
  • Language Toggle: Switch between supported languages (English, Russian, Georgian, Arabic)
  • User Menu: Access your profile and sign out

Mobile Responsiveness

The admin dashboard is fully responsive and works on:
  • Desktop computers
  • Tablets
  • Mobile phones
The mobile interface automatically adapts with a hamburger menu for navigation.

Tips for Efficient Navigation

Use keyboard shortcuts where available:
  • Press / to focus the search bar
  • Use Tab to navigate between sections
  • Esc to close modals and dialogs
Bookmark frequently used pages in your browser for quick access to specific projects or sections.
