Settings Configuration

The Settings page allows you to manage your company information, account details, and business preferences. This guide covers all available settings.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings from the admin dashboard sidebar. The Settings tab is available to developers and managers (with limited access).

Company Profile

Basic Information

Open Company Settings

In the Settings tab, locate the “Company Information” section.

Update Company Name

Enter or update your company name. This will be displayed in:
  • Project listings
  • Invoices
  • Partner program
  • Email communications

Save Changes

Click “Save” to update your company information. Changes are applied immediately.

Detailed Company Information

For complete company profile, you can configure:

Contact Information

  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address

Business Details

  • Tax ID/VAT number
  • Bank information
  • IBAN (for invoicing)
  • Currency preference
  • VAT payer status

Account Settings

User Profile

Manage your personal account information:
  • Email Address: Your login email (cannot be changed)
  • Password: Update your password for security
  • Language Preference: Set your default interface language
  • Notification Settings: Configure email notifications

Security

Keep your account secure:
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Don’t share your login credentials
  • Log out when using shared devices

Subscription Management

View and manage your subscription from the Settings tab:
  • Current Plan: See your active subscription details
  • Plan Features: View included features for your plan
  • Billing History: Access invoices and payment records
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Change your plan as needed

Manager Accounts

Adding Managers

Navigate to Manager Accounts

In Settings, go to the “Manager Accounts” section.

Add New Manager

Click “Add Manager” and enter:
  • Manager email address
  • Manager name
  • Assign to workspace (optional)

Configure Access

Set project access permissions:
  • All projects
  • Specific projects
  • Project groups

Send Invitation

Click “Invite” to send an invitation email to the manager.

Managing Existing Managers

For existing managers, you can:
  • Edit access permissions
  • Reassign to different workspaces
  • Remove manager access
  • View manager activity
Removing a manager will revoke all their access immediately. They will lose access to all assigned projects and leads.

Theme and Branding

Customize the appearance of your admin panel:

Color Scheme

  • Primary Color: Main brand color
  • Background: Panel background color
  • Accent Colors: Secondary colors for highlights

Logo Settings

  • Upload company logo
  • Set logo for light/dark themes
  • Configure logo size and position
Branding customization is available for developers only. Managers cannot modify branding settings.

Currency Settings

Set your default currency for:
  • Project pricing
  • Subscription billing
  • Invoice generation
  • Partner payouts
Supported currencies include:
  • USD (US Dollar)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • GEL (Georgian Lari)
  • RUB (Russian Ruble)
  • And more

Notification Preferences

Configure how you receive notifications:
  • Email Notifications: Receive updates via email
  • Lead Alerts: Get notified of new leads
  • Project Updates: Notification when projects are modified
  • Subscription Reminders: Payment and renewal reminders

Data Export

Export your data for backup or analysis:
  • Projects: Export project data as JSON or CSV
  • Leads: Export lead information with filters
  • Invoices: Download invoice PDFs
  • Statistics: Export analytics data

Gridix respects your data privacy:
  • All data is encrypted in transit
  • Secure storage with regular backups
  • GDPR compliance
  • Data retention policies

Account Security

Security features:
  • Encrypted password storage
  • Secure authentication
  • Session management
  • Activity logging

Troubleshooting Settings

  • Ensure you clicked “Save” button
  • Check for validation errors (red highlights)
  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Clear browser cache if issues persist
  • Verify your user role (developer vs manager)
  • Check workspace permissions
  • Contact support if you believe you should have access
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify email address is correct
  • Resend invitation from manager accounts section
  • Contact support if issue continues

Best Practices

Keep information updated: Regularly review and update your company information to ensure accuracy in invoices and communications.
Manage team access: Regularly review manager accounts and remove access for team members who no longer need it.
Backup important data: Use export features to keep backups of critical project and lead data.
