# Partner Types

> Detailed comparison of Direct Management and Referral partner types

Gridix offers two partnership models with different commission structures and levels of involvement.

## Direct Management

Direct partners create and manage client accounts themselves. This model is for agencies, integrators, and freelancers who provide hands-on service.

### Commission Tiers

Commission is calculated from client subscription payments. As your portfolio grows past 10 projects, your rate increases to 50% on all clients.

## Referral

Referral partners share a link and earn from signups — no technical involvement needed. Gridix uses a 2-level referral system.

### How It Works

    If your referral becomes a partner and brings their own clients, you earn from their clients too.

### Commission Levels

### Level 2 Example

1. **You** invite **Partner A** using your referral link
2. **Partner A** becomes a referral partner
3. **Partner A** invites **Client B**
4. **Partner A** earns **20%** from Client B's payments (Level 1)
5. **You** earn **10%** from Client B's payments (Level 2)

### Referral Analytics

Your dashboard tracks all referral link performance:

* **Click count** — how many people clicked your link
* **Registrations** — how many signed up
* **Traffic sources** — direct, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, blog, email
* **UTM tracking** — custom utm\_source, utm\_medium, utm\_campaign parameters
* **Conversion funnel** — from click to registration to paid subscription
