# Notifications

> Configure notification channels and events in Gridix

Configure how and when you receive notifications about important events. Access notification settings from Settings in the admin dashboard.

## Channels

Gridix supports three notification channels:

### Email

Receive notifications to your account email address. Toggle on/off.

### Push

Browser push notifications for real-time alerts. Toggle on/off.

### Telegram

Receive notifications via Telegram. Requires setup:

    Complete the verification process to link your account.

    Toggle Telegram notifications on.

## Events

Choose which events trigger notifications:

| Event            | Description                                        |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| New lead         | A visitor submitted an inquiry through your widget |
| Task due         | A scheduled task is due for action                 |
| Payment received | A subscription payment was processed               |
| System update    | Platform updates and announcements                 |

Each event can be toggled independently. Combine with any channel — for example, enable email for new leads and Telegram for payment notifications.
